The unique blend of exercises and breathing techniques nourishes both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, creating balance from within.

 

 

By stimulating and supporting your glandular system, Kundalini Yoga helps you find a natural equilibrium in your wellbeing—because your body is always working to keep you in balance.

 

Sometimes the practice will challenge you, inviting you to step beyond your comfort zone. In doing so, you’ll also discover more inner strength and resilience to meet life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

 

Each class weaves together:

  • Kriya — sequences of exercises and meditations
  • Pranayam — breathing techniques to expand your energy
  • Mantra — sound vibrations that uplift and align (man = mind, trang = wave)
