Inner Essence Journey

A discovery of You

 

An Inner Essence Journey is an energetic session where you will travel beyond all the layers so you can connect deeply with your Self, it offers you the space to release, heal, and transform. It is an invitiation to connect to your true Self, to release stored emotions, heal old wounds, and break through limiting beliefs.

 

I will be guiding you with my voice, music, energy work to help you relax deeply. You will be lying comfortably on a mattress.

Before we begin, we take time to pause and reflect on how you're feeling and if there is anything that wants to be shared at that point. It is possible to work with a specific theme, such as Inner Child healing, or your future self.

 

An Inner Essence Journey can help you connect with all versions of yourself and may provide answers to life themes you are currently dealing with. What you experience will be exactly what you need in that moment—whether it’s rest, deep insight, or healing energy.

 

During the Journey, You May Experience:

 

  • Emotional release: the release of feelings such as joy, sadness, frustration, or anger

  • Physical sensations: spontaneous movements or the flow of life energy through your body

  • Cognitive: valuable insights about yourself

  • Energetic: a subtle energy flow through tingling, warmth, or cool sensations

 

Each Inner Essence Journey is unique. Whether you receive answers and insights or simply experience deep relaxation, you will always come closer to your true self. Afterwards there will be space to share your experiences while enjoying a cup of tea.

 

After we've connected we plan in a date and time that both suits us. It is important for the healing process to really create space for this experience. Not just for the journey but also afterwards. 

 

Try to avoid busy appointments, alcohol or loud environments. Just create space for you to simmer and integrate the healing energies. This way you will get the most out of this gift to your Self.
