Fascia Release Therapy
This beautiful method is a gentle way of exploring the pathway that the body is showing.
The fascia is an amazing network of tissue that runs through our whole body, providing structure and connection and protection.
Sometimes we experience things that our system is not capable of handling in that moment. To survive, our body incapsulates the energy that is generated but not able to release in that moment. This is done in the fascia tissue and this energy keeps moving around in a loop, trying to find it's way out; to be released.
